Parties & Applicability

• We may suspend or restrict access for security, misuse, or legal reasons.

Pricing & Fees

Our pricing is usage-based (e.g., a percentage fee per order) with no base fee. Online payment provider fees are charged by your chosen provider directly and are not surcharges from us.

• Fees and rates are published on our pricing page and may change prospectively.
• Taxes (e.g., VAT) may apply depending on your location.
• If you add optional paid add-ons, those are billed separately as described on the pricing page.

Orders, Payments & Third-Party Providers

• You are the merchant of record for your orders and customer relationships.
• Customers connect their own payment provider accounts; settlement occurs directly between the provider and you.
• We do not store full payment card data on our servers.
• You are responsible for order fulfillment, cancellations, refunds, and customer communications.
• Integrations (e.g., POS) are provided on an "as available" basis and may be subject to third-party terms.

Acceptable Use Policy

• No unlawful, deceptive, or harmful activities.
• No infringement of third-party IP or privacy rights.
• No security testing or scraping that could degrade or disrupt the Service.
• No uploading of malicious code or violating platform rate limits.

Intellectual Property & Content

• We retain all rights in the Service, including software, design, and trademarks.
• You retain rights to your Customer Content. You grant us a limited license to host, display, and process it to provide the Service.
• Feedback may be used to improve the Service without obligation to you.

Confidentiality & Data Protection

Each party must keep non-public information received from the other party confidential, using at least reasonable care.

Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy.

Service Availability & Changes

• We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
• We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where feasible.
• Planned maintenance may occur with prior notice, emergency maintenance may occur without notice.

Term & Termination

• These Terms apply from the earlier of account creation or first use.
• Either party may terminate at any time for convenience (account deletion) or for cause (e.g., breach).
• Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases; certain provisions survive (e.g., IP, confidentiality, liability limits).

Warranties, Liability & Indemnity

• THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
• We exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses to the extent permitted by law.
• Our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service is capped at the lower of (a) EUR 10,000 or (b) the fees you paid to us in the 12 months before the event, except for liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (e.g., death or personal injury caused by negligence).
• You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your unlawful use of the Service or breach of these Terms.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
